Our Events

We offer a variety of ways to learn about Elderberry Commons, ranging from large audience presentations to intimate gatherings of a few folks. And, of course, you can always ask to meet with a community member in person over a cup of coffee, email us at info@elderberrycommons.org  

We are also available to come to your church, your interest group or other venue to present about cohousing and Elderberry Commons.  Here are our upcoming events:

Elderberry Commons Presentation

Sandy Wood and other members will present general information about cohousing as an option for 55+ adults and also share specific information about Elderberry Commons, a Seattle area cohousing community still in the formation stage. The presentation, which will run from 1 to 2:30 p.m., will include a 25-minute film. Open to all.

Game Fun

Join us at a member’s house for some social fun! Please RSVP by sending an email to info@elderberry.org as capacity is limited. This is a good chance to get to know some of our members and play games such as Ticket to Ride, Upwards, Quirkle, Tantrix, Bananagrams, Carcasonne, Blokus, Skylo, Mexican Train, Super Boggle, Azul, Rummikub, Splendor and Code Names. You are also welcome to bring your own games.
